The victim was punched in the face several times. He refused to cooperate with the suspect. No arrests were made.

While sitting in a bar the victim was grabbed in the crotch area by a suspect who then fled the area
Fugitive Apprehended, April 18, 2:26 a.m., 500 Castro St.
Officers recognized a fugitive from justice due to having seen his picture on a wanted bulletin. They quickly arrested him on the active felony burglary warrant.
Robbery, April 17, 10:02 a.m., Noe & Market Streets
The victim was punched in the face repeatedly by a houseguest who then stole his cell phone and fled. An arrest warrant has been issued for the suspect.
Fugitive Apprehended, 1:15 p.m., Church & Market Streets
Officers encountered a career criminal whom they quickly discovered was a fugitive from justice. The miscreant had an active warrant out for his arrest for violation of parole.
Grand Theft, Bicycle, April 9, 2:50 p.m., 2020 Market St.
An officer, in an undercover capacity, rode the “bait” bicycle up to the location and parked it. He then walked away. Ten minutes later, officers saw a thief take the bicycle and ride away on it. They arrested him a half block away.
Robbery, April 9, 1:32 p.m., 400 Castro St.
The suspect walked up to the first victim and took his cell phone and wallet from his hand. The second victim intervened and the suspect sprayed him with mace and took his wallet as well.
Pickpocket, April 5, 1:30 a.m., 18th & Castro Streets
The victim was dancing with a stranger who put his hands into the victim’s back pockets. A short time later the victim checked his back pocket and found that his iPhone was gone.
Mental Health Detention, April 4, 8:15 a.m., 18th & Castro Streets
A ranting 31-year-old man was placed on a 72-hour mental health evaluation.
Burglary, Unlawful Entry, Stolen Vehicle, April 3, Between 3:30 a.m. and 7:40 a.m., 200 Block of Hartford Street
A couple and their daughter awoke on a Saturday morning to find both their interior garage door and back door open. Checking the premises, the victims discovered that three laptop computers, purses, electronics as well as their Audi Q7 had been stolen. There was no sign of forced entry to the home and no arrests have been made.
Auto Burglary, 1:00 p.m., 19th & Castro Streets
The victim returned to his auto and discovered that his rear window had been smashed out and his property had been stolen.
Fraud, Possession of Stolen Property, March 31, 11:34 a.m., 500 Castro St.
Officers arrested a thief attempting to cash a forged and stolen check. They relieved the thief of an illegal knife and a quantity of methamphetamine.
Burglary, Violation of Probation, March 31, 11:30 a.m., Church & Market Streets
Officers arrested two thieves, both of whom were on felony probation, for committing a burglary in a store. On of them was a fugitive from justice with an active arrest warrant for crack cocaine sales.
Battery on Peace Officers, March 28, 10:25 a.m., 16th & Market Streets
A business owner asked a subject to move to a different table, at which time the suspect began to shout and threaten to “execute” the owner, who then called 911. Upon the arrival of officers, the victim signed a citizen’s arrest form. The suspect then violently resisted all three officers, battering and biting them before being subdued.
